We currently offer shipping across India. We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to all locations. However, some remote or difficult-to-reach areas may experience extended delivery times. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: After you place an order, it will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we will send an order confirmation email. You will also receive tracking information once the order is shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons (such as festivals or sales events), processing times may be longer due to high order volumes.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal delays, etc.).

  • Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Metro Cities:7-9 business days.
  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track the status of your order using the tracking link provided.

Currently, we ship only within India. If in the future we decide to expand internationally, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.
