Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy

1.  There is only one time return policy for all the products.
2. Customers can return their order within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order. 
3. All returns must be in unused condition with all original barcodes and packaging intact.
4. To schedule any return, please write the reason for return and images of your returning item with clear tags visible on the pictures. Our team will arrange the pick up and initiate the refund.
5.  If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
6. The product will be delivered to you in 5-7business days. 

What are the terms and conditions for refund?
1. You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 7 days of its date of delivery.

2. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address in order to place the order & ask for a refund.

How long the refund procedure takes?

1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will be transferred in your bank account within 7-10 working days.
